WHAT IS COMMUNITY NETWORKING?

Helping consumers identify opportunities to join their typically-developing peers in community settings and to build networks of those peers to support their continued inclusion.

Our Strategies:

Assessing Consumer interests and desires

Identifying Local Opportunities

Identifying and planning for obstacles and barriers

4.

Teaching relevant skills and/or cuing the use of social initiations to engage peers.
